Holy hell, folks. We made it through Phase 1!
Phase 2 is going to introduce some new challenges, including a new meal plan. We have less of a calorie deficit, so many of us moved up a bracket. My carb-loving ass has been doing a happy dance since finding out I was moving from plan b to c which gives me 1 extra green, red, yellow, and tsp. That’s a meal in itself!
I’ve yet to tackle the Refeed Days since we don’t encounter them until week 2, but I’ve included them on the sample plan I created which is available here.
