ARC Book Review: Best Frenemies by Max Monroe

Best Frenemies is a love letter to Max Monroe’s books, and I am here for it! So many of your favorite characters make appearances, and one is even writing a book with the magnificent duo Max Monroe themselves!!
This book had me cracking up constantly. The shower incident, the painkillers, his text messages about co-worker protocol, him busting in like Kramer…all comedy gold. And oh man, every interaction with Thatch and Crew will have you in stitches.
“I think there was one bed!” Thatch singsongs.
Cap nods excitedly. “Hell yeah, there was. Were you a naughty, naughty boy?”
(And now I have to read Cap’s book!!)
Mack was a huge golden retriever and the sunshine to Katy’s grump. His only downfall was in devouring the maple bacon donut. Those are sacred!!
Best Frenemies is a quick and spicy comfort read you’ll devour in one sitting. It’ll leave you with a smile on your face and a desire for your own Big Mack.
