Weekly Meal Plans and Morning Meltdown 100 Results

I’ve noticed quite a bit of traffic recently has come from people looking for meal plans specifically geared toward Morning Meltdown 100. All of the recipes fit into that meal plan! And speaking of MM100…

These are my results from the 100 workout challenge!! Yes, I lost 6 lbs and 20 inches, but those 100 workouts meant so much more to me.

I’ve been a night owl my entire life. “On time to work” was never a way an employer would describe me. I’m that chick who could easily stay up until 5:00 am, but if you asked me to get UP at 5:00 am, I’d laugh at you…

…and I successfully transformed into a morning person during this program! It helped me become more organized and gave me more time after work for family. I can’t believe I ever mocked morning people!! (Okay, I can because that’s just who I am, but still haha)

I actually doubled up on these workouts and took a full rest day each week rather than an active recovery day, so I finished the program in 60 days. The workouts are about 20 minutes a piece, and they truly make you feel like a badass.
