Thank you so much for your interest in my support and accountability groups. My team and I are passionate about helping other people create life-long habits that enrich their lives mentally and physically.

To give a little background on ME, I started my first Beachbody program in January 2018. I’d tried a few of the programs out before, but never fully committed until 80 Day Obsession was released. At that time, I had a 10 year old, 2 year old, and 1 year old. I’d gained about 70 pounds during my pregnancy with the 2 year old, and didn’t have much time to lose it before I got pregnant again.

My husband is a personal trainer, so he’d been helping me run and get into a routine, but I was still carrying most of that baby weight. When you stay at home with kids and your spouse works an hour away, it’s difficult to make time for YOU! Then a friend approached me about Beachbody. I was skeptical of course. My perception was of late night infomercials and get-skinny-quick scams.

What I found instead was a community of equally busy, stressed out, and worn out men and women looking to build each other up instead of tear each other down. 80 Day Obsession taught me to fuel my body and find myself again after just being MOM for so long. It made me fall in love with nutrition and understand just how important exercise is to the mind and body.

I became a coach because I really wanted to create that kind of an experience for all of YOU. That’s why I’m here doing what I’m doing.

Wellness is more than fitness and nutrition. While we will focus on exercise and finding eating habits that fit your life, our main focus will be on your relationship with your own body.
