January Health & Fitness Support
The new year is officially upon us. I cannot believe it’s already 2019! 2018 was full of surprises. We had our fourth child and our first baby girl. My husband became a certified running coach and launched his own training business. My coaching business took off, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down!
I know that January is always the time that people set new fitness goals, and I want to be there to help you out! I’m launching a new challenge group in January in which I’ll help you with meal planning, motivation, and accountability so that you stick to your goals instead of giving up. 2019 is going to be YOUR year and I want to help you succeed!
Transform Your Life in 2019
This group is going to be focused on the newest Beachbody program called Transform: 20. This fast, super-intense fitness program created by Shaun T will transform your body and mind in just 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. You’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body with no equipment except for a step! Each workout is unique and will be done in real-time with the cast so there will be no repeats or do-overs.
The Transform Your Life in 2019 group will start prep week on the 7th of January and our first official day 1 will be the 14th of January.
