Morning Meltdown 100 Meal Plan Week 1

Morning Meltdown 100 Meal Plan Week 1

It’s that time again!! I’m sure you’ve all missed these blog posts, but fear not!! My program-themed meal plans have returned, and we’ll begin with Morning Meltdown 100 Week 1!

Can you feel my excitement? Part of it is exhaustion from a long, productive weekend, but we’re going to pretend it’s all excitement.

It was difficult to keep up with these meal plans when I was pregnant with the youngest because it was such a difficult pregnancy. After that, we had the transition from three kids to four, and DO NOT let anyone tell you that’s easy. It is not. They are lying and should be throat punched. #justsaying

Now that Baby Girl is seven months old, my brain is functioning again and I can provide you with the meal plan for Morning Meltdown 100 week 1.

As usual, I kept it simple. I’m working outside of the home now in addition to coaching, so simplicity is key. All you busy folks out there know why!

Below is the functional version of my plan for week 1 of Morning Meltdown 100. (“Week 1?? The hell??” Yes, week 1. I’m a bit behind lol. This plan can be used at any time though!! Not just for week 1!)

All of the meals are spelled out including corresponding container counts.

And here is the pretty version that took me a week to make (thus being a week behind) because I wanted it to be perfect.

You’ll notice I didn’t detail every single recipe. That’s because I have faith in you…and they’re generic enough to where you can make them how you want. Beef stir fry, for example, can be as simple as beef seasoned with soy sauce and a few packages of frozen vegetables stir fried. Bam. Dinner.

I’m hoping to publish a meal plan a week during Morning Meltdown 100 like I did for most of 80 Day Obsession, and I’m also offering my meal planning services on an individual basis. If you’ve been struggling with what – and how much – to eat, leave a comment, and we’ll work on a plan together!
