Body After Baby #4!

Happy #transformationtuesday to me!! This is my body after baby #4!

Is it weird that my nose looks thinner?? ?

This is what you get when you stay the course. No crash dieting or death by cardio.? No policing meal times.

Just consistently working out, eating more veggies?️?, and drinking more water?.

Over the last 10 months, I’ve put in hard work on my body after baby #4. I’ve tried step aerobics (hated it), Ultimate Portion Fix (loved it!), completed Morning Meltdown 100 in 60 days (hello, abs!), then went back to LIIFT4 to build my arms and sampled Barre Blend to work on that booty.

My nutrition isn’t perfect. ? And it never will be. But there are days when it’s pretty dang close.

I have no idea what my one rep maxes are, but I can tell you I’ve pressed play 5 times a week for the last month.

But the best part is – I LOVE my body!!! LOVE IT!! I am strong and confident and It. Is. Amazing.
