Healthy Habits Challenge and FREE Weekly Meal Plan

XB Sweat + Sculpt is officially here! To celebrate, I’m launching a three-week workshop based on building healthy habits to go along with the program! I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about working out and nutrition. What you need are healthy HABITS you can stick to without losing your mind. Not hacks, or tricks, or temporary fixes you’ll never be able to stick with.

My 3-week healthy habits online group beings Monday, October 10th. We’ll cover:

  • mini-milestones and goals
  • sweet treats
  • community connections
  • routine roundup

If you’re wanting to build a solid habit NOW, start with meal planning! I’ve created this meal plan to get you started. Prep the breakfasts and lunches in advance if you’d like. The dinners are mostly crockpot dinners you can throw together when you have time then dump into the crockpot when you’re ready!
