21 Day Fix Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Recipes
Most of the meal plans I post include foods with gluten and dairy in them because my family loves them. No shame! But I know there is a growing number of people who just plain can’t have them, and I wanted to provide some options for them, as well. This journey isn’t just about ME. It’s about all of YOU as well. I’ve compiled a list of 21 Day Fix-approved dairy-free and gluten-free recipes that I think you all will really enjoy. They can of course work for any meal plan that uses the portion container system, or anyone who just wants to eat a bit healthier.

Hello,
I am a mom of four, if you could help me i would love to have new recipes. My kids has been put on healthy eating plan no dairy, no eggs, no preservatives, no food dye, no pork, and one kid is allergic to peanuts. 2/4 children had really bad stomach pains and the doctor wants to limited the food to see if it helps. I have cut and change the way of eating. Now i am struggling about dinners and lunches. Since they can’t eat school lunches we pack theirs. Could you help me find different recipes to try the children are open minded to try new things. I just need inspiration on things to cook and what to pack them for their main entree of lunches.
