Barre Blend Meal Plan

What does a Barre Blend meal plan look like?

Honestly, it looks like all my other meal plans! We are given the resources to follow the nutrition plan of our choosing no matter which program we’re doing. You just adjust how much you’re eating not what you’re eating.

For a program like LIIFT4, it’s important to “load,” or eat in a calorie surplus, one day a week to make sure you’re fueling your body enough to build those big, strong muscles. 80 Day Obsession does something similar with the “refeed” days. Other programs follow a more basic portion-based plan, but all of them use those handy dandy containers and focus on balancing your macros.

You can use this meal plan for MM100, 21 Day Fix, or your own program! Makes planning meals that much easier, right??
