21 Day Fix Vegan Recipes
Veganism is one of the trendiest dietary habits right now. I totally get the appeal. Manufacturers tend to treat animals raised for meat, dairy, and eggs very poorly. There is even a popular Netflix documentary called Game Changers that’s caused a huge surge in interest for vegan recipes (and it’s full of fallacies and half-truths and the producers should be seriously ashamed, but that’s a topic for another post…).
Because of this, I wanted to compile some fix-approved vegan recipes for you all! In fact, even non-vegans will enjoy these recipes.
We try to have at least one meatless meal a week, but usually end up having way more than that since we incorporated one huge salad a day into our diets. Vegetables, grains, and legumes should be an integral part of a person’s diet (unless there are allergies of course), and stereotypical “vegan” meals are an excellent way to ensure they are!

Word of caution: not all vegan food is healthy. You could eat nothing but potato chips on a vegan diet, and it wouldn’t be good for you (though every once in a while wouldn’t be too bad!).
