January Super Weekend Recap
A ton of information dropped last weekend during the January Super Weekend including new programs with Joel, Jericho, and Elise PLUS a program focusing on gut health! Let’s dig in…
2B Pregnant

I’m not a fan of 2B Mindset to be honest, and I’m not a fan of a product being marketed to women “afraid to lose their bodies.” Some people swear by the program, but I would hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
4 Week Gut Protocol

I’m pretty excited about this one! There are so many foods common in our diets that cause stomach issues and finally having a program that tackles the problem will help so many people!
4 Weeks for Every Body

Regular exercise can have a positive impact on gut health, and this is the perfect fitness companion to Autumn’s 4 Week Gut Protocol. 4 Weeks for Every Body can also be done on its own, and is great for anyone who wants a great workout and achievable results without impact.
This is another one I’m pretty stoked for because one of the BIGGEST objections I hear from people is that they’re too out of shape to start working out. It’s easy to feel that way even when you realize you have to START working out to get into better shape but it’s just so dang hard to do it when every workout you see seems like it’s too difficult for you to do! This program will be great for beginners and people who just want to take it easy and keep things low impact.
Lift More

Lift More may not be the official name, and I get the feeling this program was leaked early due to the lack of a proper burb. Regardless, the announcement made me squeal like a little girl. LIIFT4 is one of my favorite programs and Joel is one of my favorite trainers. I’ve been blessed enough to workout with him live during the launches of LIIFT4 and 10 Rounds and hope to do so again for this one! He focuses on old-school weight lifting and his programs are perfect for home or the gym.
Fire and Flow

I was blessed enough to meet both of these women in Los Angeles just before the world shut down. I had dinner with Elise and may have climbed 30 flights of stairs to meet Jericho in a bar outside my hotel room (but she didn’t hold it against me LOL). Any program with them in it is sure to be upbeat and will keep you on your toes!!
