Are you ready for MORE commitment, MORE strength and MORE results this summer? I am so excited to share the launch of a brand new strength training program coming to my virtual gym this month! One of my favorite super trainers of all time, Joel Freeman, is back with his 4th program… this is LIIFT MORE!

It’s everything you love about LIIFT4, but this time the focus is on more muscle, more days of lifting, and more moves for even bigger results. (And if you haven’t completed LIIFT4 before, no worries – this program is for anyone who loves to lift!)
🔩 LIIFT MORE will have you commit to 35–45 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 8 weeks to help you build strength, burn major fat, and see a powerful total-body transformation.
🔩 LIIFT MORE keeps things simple – no-nonsense moves, perfectly paced, paired with the right combo of classic resistance training and HIIT to help get results for everyone, whether this is your first go at strength training or you’re a seasoned lifter.
🔩 There are 40 unique real-time workouts in LIIFT MORE with exactly the right amounts of variation and progression to keep your muscles challenged week to week. You’ll get access to all workouts, plus a workout calendar to plan your workouts 5 days a week for less than 45 minutes a day over the course of 8 weeks.
🔩 As a bonus, Joel developed 20-minute LIIFT Express workouts for when you’re tight on time or on the go — or if you really want to go all out, you can challenge yourself to an express workout after a regular session.
🔩 In addition to the program workouts, you get access to the entire Beachbody On Demand library + 30 days free of BODi, our live workout platform. These workouts are great for rest days, bonus workouts or continuing your journey post-LIIFT MORE.

Who is Joel Freeman?
Joel Freeman has worked for over 15 years in the health and fitness industry. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and behavior change specialist.
He is the creator of LIIFT4, 10 Rounds, Core De Force, and now, LIIFT MORE.
He’s done it all — from running day-to-day gym operations in Olympia, Washington, to becoming a national presenter, to directing Group X programming for the world-famous Gold’s Gym Los Angeles franchise.
When Can I Start?
🗓️July 19th: Coaches and preferred customers and coaches can purchase! Our VIP Test Group will begin July 25th.

What does it mean to be a coach or preferred customer? You never have to worry about mandatory purchases or making sales and you don’t have to coach anyone! This option just allows you to purchase earlier and get 25% off future orders. You can cancel at any time. If you do sign up for the coaching option and want to share the things you love with your family, friends, or on social media, you do have the opportunity to earn commission.
What is the nutrition plan like?
To really succeed with LIIFT MORE, you’ll need a nutrition plan that’s as powerful and straightforward as your workouts. Joel recommends following 2B Mindset or Portion Fix, and you get access to both!
These proven nutrition programs can help you stay on track and reach your goals without counting calories or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Each week I will upload new meal plans and each day we will check in with each other, to motivate, commiserate, and inspire. It is a great place to answer questions, brainstorm, and just enjoy the community.
